ABOUT
In celebration of our Hydrangea at HYUNAH: Brewers Cup Preview in March 2026, we're delighted to be releasing an exclusive collaboration with the wonderful Bill and Ashlynne of Hydrangea.
Bill surprised us with this special exclusive lot. It stands out because of its unusually controlled and extended fermentation, a lengthy process designed to build structure and aromatic intensity without tipping over the edge.
The result is a Gesha defined by expressive berry and hibiscus character from the gentle fermentation, with the meticulous environmental control preserving the natural sweetness and florality.
Available in 60g and 15g formats.
HYDRANGEA AT HYUNAH
Hydrangea at HYUNAH: Brewers Cup Preview is an intimate rehearsal ahead of the 2026 US Brewers Cup Nationals, hosted at the HYUNAH clubhouse in Brooklyn, New York.
Across six small sessions of just three guests each, attendees will step into the role of judges for a live, full competition run through by Ashlynne Wike of Hydrangea Coffee Roasters.
The exact coffee and presentation intended for nationals will be served, followed by a guided discussion. This is not a tasting or a demo, but a rare opportunity to witness and help refine the final stages of preparation behind a national level Brewers Cup routine.
