How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Every bag features a 'Roasted On' date so you can track the peak flavor profile of your coffee.
What is the difference between your subscription tiers?
Our 'Casual' tier delivers one bag monthly, while the 'Connoisseur' tier includes two unique single-origin roasts plus exclusive early access to limited-edition seasonal harvests.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
To preserve the delicate oils and aromas, we recommend whole beans. However, we offer custom grinding options for Drip, Espresso, or French Press at no extra cost upon request.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription at any time?
Yes, you have full control. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription directly through your account dashboard with no hidden fees or commitments.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
