At HYUNAH Coffee Club, we strive for the highest quality in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-consumable merchandise or unopened equipment within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return shipping label for eligible merchandise.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unused items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
